Tony Smith Joins Marquette Men's Basketball Radio Broadcasts As Analyst

Former MARQUETTE UNIVERSITY and NBA basketball player TONY SMITH has joined the MARQUETTE men's basketball radio crew as analyst alongside play-by-play voice STEVE "HOMER" TRUE this season. SMITH, who has been working on FOX SPORTS WISCONSIN MILWAUKEE BUCKS telecasts in recent seasons, replaces another former GOLDEN EAGLES alumnus, JIM MCILVANE, on the broadcasts, which air on GOOD KARMA Sports WAUK-A (540 ESPN)/MILWAUKEE and the MARQUETTE RADIO NETWORK via rights holder LEARFIELD's MARQUETTE SPORTS PROPERTIES.
"I couldn't be more excited to be back with my MARQUETTE family," said SMITH. "I already feel like I am home and I'm looking forward to working with HOMER and the team. It's going to be a great season."
