Bankruptcy Court OKs iHeartMedia Disclosure Statement, Sets Deadlines And Hearing Dates

The fourth amended Chapter 11 plan and disclosure statement filed by iHEARTMEDIA appear to be the plan moving forward, as U.S. Bankruptcy Court MARVIN ISGUR has issued an order approving the disclosure statement and contents of the solicitation packages and setting deadlines for several stages of the proceeding, including a confirmation hearing.

The order sets several deadlines for document production, witness depositions and interrogatories, and other procedures, with a voting deadline set for FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 9th at 5p (CT), the plan objection deadline on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 28th at 5p (CT), a pretrial conference for FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30th at 10:30a (CT), and a confirmation hearing date of TUESDAY, DECEMBER 11th at 9a (CT).
