ASTRAL MEDIA will increase its annual dividend 33% to C40 cents/share and will continue its plan to buy back up to 5% of its shares, the Canadian broadcaster announced to shareholders WEDNESDAY.
Company CEO IAN GREENBERG also said that ASTRAL, which is based in MONTREAL and owns mostly properties in Eastern CANADA, is interested in expansion in Western CANADA.
