PD HECTOR HANNIBAL has parted ways with HOWARD UNIVERSITY Urban AC WHUR (96.3)/WASHINGTON, D.C. 

HANNIBAL told ALL ACCESS, " Programming WHUR twice for 10 plus years has truly been an honor.  Thanks to former GM JIM WATKINS for his support and friendship over the years.  I wish the team all the best.  I’m looking forward to my next opportunity.  I can be reached at radiowave7@gmail.com."

This was HANNIBAL's 2nd tour of duty with the station (NET NEWS 2/8/16).  He previously programed WHUR from 1993 to 2002.  He left at the time to become REACH MEDIA VP/ Programming.  Eventually his responsibilities became solely connected with the TOM JOYNER MORNING SHOW.
