News-Talk radio listening got a big boost from the Senate Judiciary Committee hearings dealing with Dr. CHRISTINE BLASEY FORD's allegations against Supreme Court nominee Judge BRETT KAVANAUGH last THURSDAY (9/27), and iHEARTRADIO is reporting that the PPM numbers showed huge jumps for some of its key stations.

Among the spikes seen in the numbers (with iHEART not disclosing demographic breakdowns), News-Talk KFI-A/LOS ANGELES was up 70% week-to-week and sister KEIB-A (THE PATRIOT AM 1150) saw a 44% increase, while News-Talk KTRH-A/HOUSTON jumped 80%.  News-Talk WOR-A/NEW YORK had a 31% week-to-week rise, and News-Talk WISN-A/MILWAUKEE increased 42%.
