CUMULUS MEDIA/NEW ORLEANS OM TALUS KNIGHT has parted ways with the company. KNIGHT was responsible for the four-station cluster that included Country WRKN (NASH FM 106.1), Top 40/Rhythmic KKND (POWER 102.9), Urban AC KMEZ (OLD SCHOOL 106.7), and Alternative WZRH (ALT 92.3).
“I feel so fortunate to have been a part of a cluster that accomplished so many firsts in a small amount of time," KNIGHT told ALL ACCESS. "Being able to 'paint' with the city of NEW ORLEANS as the back drop has been a very humbling experience. I’d like to thank my on-air staff and promotion department for all they’ve done, and I look forward to watching your careers grow. I want to thank CUMULUS leadership -- BOB WALKER, PAT GALLOWAY, MIKE MCVAY, DOUG HAMAND, and KEN JOHNSON -- for the opportunity to run these four brands, and now they're well positioned for greater success in the future. Right now, I’m planning to take a vacation and spend some much-needed time with family. I’ll announce my next move soon. I can be contacted at gotalus@icloud.com.”
