Poet Laureate Tracy K. Smith To Host Podcast, Public Radio Show

U.S. Poet Laureate TRACY K. SMITH will host a weekly podcast and public radio show funded by the POETRY FOUNDATION with support from the LIBRARY OF CONGRESS, reports AP.

"THE SLOWDOWN" will debut as a podcast on NOVEMBER 26th and will be made available to public radio stations in JANUARY.  The show will feature SMITH reading works by other poets and looking at poetry's role in the world.
