FLINN Top 40/Rhythmic KXHT (HOT 107.1)/MEMPHIS makes programming moves as PD DJ RAX moves on to accept a yet to be announced position. FLINN/MEMPHIS brings in CORE RADIO GROUP Urban WGIV/CHARLOTTE PD/afternoons MIKE SWIFT. SWIFT will handle afternoons at KXHT in addition to his PD duties.
