Congratulations to PETE "THE MAYOR" KENNEDY, from iHEARTMEDIA Hot AC WDVI (MIX 100.5)/ROCHESTER, NY.  Yesterday, the midday host tied the knot with his fiance ANGELA RAYTER in a wedding that sources say was attended by almost 1000 people (including most of the ROCHESTER POLICE DEPARTMENT).
