Pickler And Cowell Reunited On KYGO

LINCOLN FINANCIAL MEDIA Country KYGO/DENVER morning hosts KELLY and MUDFLAP welcomed BNA recording artist KELLIE PICKLER to the show this morning (12/7) and reunited her with a long-lost friend. AMERICAN IDOL judge SIMON COWELL called in to talk to the former IDOL finalist for the first time since the season ended earlier this year.

COWELL told PICKLER that he felt she would have gone farther in the show if she had picked better songs and that he was impressed that she co-wrote five of the songs from her debut album. The call came in after the morning show was off the air, so it will be played for all to hear tomorrow (12/8) morning.
