WDST/Woodstock Returns With Its 20th Annual Pink October Campaign

CHET-5 BROADCASTING Triple A WDST/POUGHKEEPSIE-WOODSTOCK, NY is back with its annual PINK OCTOBER campaign, which includes several ways to raise money for breast cancer research and patient services in the HUDSON VALLEY.

The station is sponsoring an annual auction; they are offering the opportunity for businesses and listeners to purchase a PINK HOUR for a loved one and/or dedicate it to someone who is fighting breast cancer; and a donation of $250-$500 can allow anyone to be a DJ for an hour or two on the air. All proceeds go the RADIO WOODSTOCK CARES FOUNDATION.

Plus, PD GREG GATTINE said. “We have MICHAEL FRANTI in KINGSTON THIS FRIDAY (10/12) night for a sold-out show.  He’s screening Stay Human at the WOODSTOCK FILM FESTIVAL in the afternoon and playing the concert at night.  All proceeds from the show go to PINK OCTOBER and the RADIO WOODSTOCK CARES FOUNDATION
