SiriusXM's Automatic Acquires PayTollo Toll Payment Platform

SIRIUSXM's AUTOMATIC connected car device division has acquired toll road mobile payment platform PAYTOLLO for an undisclosed price.  PAYTOLLO's platform, which is in use on roads in FLORIDA and CALIFORNIA, uses a GPS systel to notify, verify and charge users for toll crossings.
