Alberto Alegre, KSAH (Norteño 104.1)/San Antonio Host, Dies At 60

ALPHA MEDIA Regional Mexican KSAH-A-F (NORTEÑO 104.1)/SAN ANTONIO host ALBERTO ALEGRE died SATURDAY (10/13) at 60, according to ABC affiliate KSAT-TV/SAN ANTONIO.

ALEGRE (real name ALBERTO CALVO) won the MARCONI RADIO AWARD in 2009 as Spanish Personality of the Year.  He worked at stations in SAN ANTONIO, EL PASO, and HOUSTON before joining KSAH (then on AM as NORTEÑO 720, staying on with the addition of the FM signal in 2010) in 2001.
