MONTANA STATE UNIVERSITY-BILLINGS sells noncommercial KDMN (formerly KYPR)/GILLETTE, WY to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $55,000 cash. The university owns four other stations in MONTANA and WYOMING and several translators for those stations. KDMN presently simulcasts the YELLOWSTONE PUBLIC RADIO format of KEMC/BILLINGS.
