CLEAR CHANNEL Urban WWPR (POWER 105.1)/NEW YORK DJ CARL BLAZE, born CARLOS RIVERA, remains in critical condition today at HARLEM HOSPITAL CENTER, according to the hospital. Police said he had been shot at least 13 times outside an apartment building near the INWOOD section of MANHATTAN and that his jewelry had been snatched.

BLAZE, 30, is heard by more than 2 million listeners on POWER 105.1 FRIDAY and SATURDAY nights according to the station's website. "Everybody's pulling for him" POWER 105.1 announced over the air.

"Listeners have been calling in with their love and support and prayers," said a spokesperson.
