Songwriter/producer CHRIS DESTEFANO has launched a new publishing company, WINSONGS MUSIC PUBLISHING, and has tapped KIRBY SMITH as Dir./Creative for the venture.
CHASE FOURAKER, a JACKSONVILLE native, is the company's first signing.
