WOXY Adds Joe Long To On-Air Lineup

Internet Alternative WOXY.COM adds JOE LONG to its airstaff replacing longtime station vet BARB ABNEY, who exited to MINNEAPOLIS public station "THE CURRENT" (see NET NEWS 9/7). JOE also runs a music blog at EACHNOTESECURE.com.

The new WOXY lineup is:
9a-1p (ET) -- MIKE TAYLOR
1-5p (ET) -- SHIV
5-10p (ET) -- JOE LONG

Also, WOXY.com has launched the "WOXY HOLIDAY MIXER" channel through CHRISTMAS DAY featuring a unique and fun stream of Alternative faves and holiday classics. The debut of AIMEE MANN's CHRISTMAS tour earlier this week in SAN FRANCISCO will air on the "WOXY HOLIDAY MIXER" stream next week.
