Jake Gear Joins BMG Nashville As Sr. Dir./Creative

BMG has named JAKE GEAR as Sr. Dir./Creative. GEAR will be based in BMG's NASHVILLE offices and will be responsible for working with BMG's existing roster of songwriters as well as signing and developing new talent.

GEAR joins from SEA GAYLE MUSIC. His previous career stops include CMT and MAGIC MUSTANG MUSIC. At BMG, GEAR is set to report to BMG NASHVILLE EVP KOS WEAVER.
