A new podcast from MIT SLOAN MANAGEMENT REVIEW will offer a biweekly look at sports analytics.
"COUNTERPOINTS," hosted by MIT SLOAN SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT lecturer and author BEN SHIELDS and MIT SLOAN MANAGEMENT REVIEW Editor-in-Chief PAUL MICHELMAN, will debut NOVEMBER 15th and post every other THURSDAY. MIT SLOAN sponsors the annual SPORTS ANALYTICS CONFERENCE in CAMBRIDGE, MA. Two debut episodes will focus on "basketball IQ" (with guest BEN ALAMAR, formerly at ESPN) and the relationship between winning and selling tickets (with KRAFT ANALYTICS GROUP CEO JESSICA GELMAN).
