Grupo Prisa Board Approves Succession Plan

International Spanish broadcaster GRUPO PRISA's board of directors has passed resolutions naming IGNACIO POLANCO MORENO Chairman of the company upon the eventual stepping-down of the present Chairman, his father, JESUS DE POLANCO. The board approved the succession plan by a unanimous vote.

PRISA's GRUPO LATINO DE RADIO operates an American programming syndication division and Spanish Talk WSUA-A (RADIO CARACOL)/MIAMI and XETRA-A (W RADIO)/ROSARITO-SAN DIEGO-LOS ANGELES.
