Former WWL Host Marinello Indicted For Wife's Murder

Former ENTERCOM Talk WWL-A-F/NEW ORLEANS night co-host VINCE MARINELLO was formally indicted by a JEFFERSON PARISH grand jury for his wife's murder. MARINELLO has been free on $250,000 bond since his SEPTEMBER 7 arrest, and the court raised his bond to $750,000 after his indictment and took him into custody after he could not make bond.

As previously reported at ALL ACCESS (NET NEWS 11/30), MARINELLO's attorney DONALD "CHICK" FOREL withdrew from the case last week, leaving MARINELLO without legal representation at THURSDAY's hearing. MARINELLO's estranged wife MARY ELIZABETH was shot to death in a METAIRIE parking lot on AUGUST 31, and police allege that MARINELLO was the shooter, wearing a disguise.
