BUFFLAO, NY veteran broadcaster JOLENE BALLER is in a bit of trouble, and she needs your help. BALLER had some very serious medical problems a year ago that she didn't share with many, and she was unable to work for quite some time. She'll be fine, but now has some mortgage problems that you can help with. 

She is working hard with different organizations to get help, but that takes time and that help may or may not come. And, BALLER has been through too much raising her beautiful disabled son, JOSEPH, to lose her dream home that took her a lot of hard work to finally obtain.
