  INNER BANKS MEDIA has swapped signals for News-Talk WNBU and Country WRHT (96.3 THUNDER COUNTRY)/NEW BERN, NC.
  
  WNBU has moved to the more powerful 96.3 FM frequency and has picked up PREMIERE's RUSH LIMBAUGH, formerly on crosstown ATLANTIC RIDGE TELECASTERS News-Talk WTKF, replacing DAN PATRICK in the noon-3p slot. WRHT continues with Country as "THUNDER COUNTRY 94.1." On WTKF, FOX NEWS RADIO's TODD STARNES replaces LIMBAUGH.
