iHEARTMEDIA Regional Mexican WBZY (EL PATRON 105.3)/ATLANTA appoints ORLANDO ROSA as PD replacing ARNIE RAMIREZ, effective immediately.  ROSA previously was OM/PD at RIVERA COMMUNICATIONS/BIRMINGHAM.
