GREATER MEDIA AAA WBOS/BOSTON nighttimer GEORGE KNIGHT will be at ROCKLAND HIGH SCHOOL tonight (12/11) for the grand re-opening of the ROCKLAND HIGH SCHOOL Music Room.
WBOS held several instrument drives throughout the year for its "STAGE ONE" program to help schools that have been affected by budget cuts and lack of funding in their music programs.
ROCKLAND alum DAVE STEWART checks in with ALL ACCESS to add, "In addition to its music program, ROCKLAND is also home to one of the few over-the-air radio stations run by students. One hundred-watt WRPS (88.3) is where I cracked a mic for the first time -- I was 12 years old. I've been a jock at WPLJ/NEW YORK for the last 17 years, and I host the nationally syndicated '90s show, 'Retro Stars.' I owe a lot to that little station for helping me get started."
