GENESIS COMMUNICATIONS OF TAMPA BAY, INC. is selling the construction permit for W270DU/TAMPA to NEAL ARDMAN's NIA BROADCASTING. INC. for $75,000. The primary station will be Regional Mexican WMGG-A (96.1 CALIENTE)/EAGLE LAKE-TAMPA.
In other filings with the FCC, applying for STAs were CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES, INC. (Religion WGLY-FM/BOLTON, VT, increased digital power) and TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY (Classical-Jazz KTTZ-F/LUBBOCK, reduced power due to repack work on co-located PBS affiliate KTTZ-TV).
CLAMOR BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC. has closed on the sale of Spanish Religion WJVP/CULEBRA, PR to TABERNACULO DE SANTIDAD INC. for $1.
