GENESIS COMMUNICATIONS OF TAMPA BAY, INC. is selling the construction permit for W270DU/TAMPA to NEAL ARDMAN's NIA BROADCASTING. INC. for $75,000.  The primary station will be Regional Mexican WMGG-A (96.1 CALIENTE)/EAGLE LAKE-TAMPA.

In other filings with the FCC, applying for STAs were CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES, INC. (Religion WGLY-FM/BOLTON, VT, increased digital power) and TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY (Classical-Jazz KTTZ-F/LUBBOCK, reduced power due to repack work on co-located PBS affiliate KTTZ-TV).

CLAMOR BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC. has closed on the sale of Spanish Religion WJVP/CULEBRA, PR to TABERNACULO DE SANTIDAD INC. for $1.

MICHIGAN BROADCASTERS, LLC has closed on the sale of News-Talk WYPV/MACKINAW CITY, MI to JOHN P. YOB's MITTEN NEWS LLC for $200,000.

HOLDING OUT HOPE CHURCH has closed on the sale of W235BB/HAUPPAUGE, NY and W283BA/SELDEN, NY to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $250,000.  The translators will rebroadcast EMF's Contemporary Christian WKLV (K-LOVE)/PORT CHESTER, NY.

The licenses for two stations -- PONTOTOC EDUCATIONAL RADIO, INC. for KADB-LP/ADA, OK and CENTRO DE MILAGROS CONGREGATION, INC. for KFCH/HILDRESS, TX -- have been cancelled due to failure to file a renewal application prior to license expiration.

And GERALD SUTTON has been issued a Notice of Unlicensed Operation for allegedly operating a pirate station on 94.1 FM in ALMA, AR.
