In other filings with the FCC, ACE BROADCASTING, LLC is selling K250BA/NEW ORLEANS to FC NEW ORLEANS, INC. for $500,000. The primary station is iHEARTMEDIA Adult Hits KVDU (104.1 THE SPOT)/HOUMA-NEW ORLEANS.
MONTICELLO MEDIA is assigning the purchase rights to CUMULUS LICENSING LLC's BLACKSBURG, VA cluster, previously filed, to an affiliated company, WFNR AM, LLC, in a pro forma transaction with the same principals involved.
