XM SATELLITE RADIO announced the winners of the second annual "XM Nation Awards." XM fans cast their votes for nominated artists in categories selected by XM’s programming staff. Some of the highlights included:

Off the Radar - Artist Most Overlooked by FM Radio: THE FLAMING LIPS
