MUSICIANS ON CALL (MOC) has teamed up with several artists from Country and other formats to promote its holiday fundraising “Music Heals” merchandise collection. Among the participating artists are FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE, LADY ANTEBELLUM, RODNEY ATKINS, MICHAEL RAY, CHASE RICE, MITCHELL TENPENNY, CAITLYN SMITH, and BAILEY BRYAN, who are all serving as this year’s “Music Heals Ambassadors.” Former NASHVILLE resident PETER FRAMPTON, as well as ECHOSMITH, are also involved.
The acts have chosen their favorite t-shirt designs to help promote the collection, which benefits MUSICIANS ON CALL’s nationwide programs, which bring live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. Fans can purchase the shirts on MUSICIANS ON CALL’s website here.
For every $500 raised through the campaign, MUSICIANS ON CALL will be able to bring live music to a hospital room every week for a year through its “Bedside Performance Program.” Through the program, volunteer musicians go room to room to play for patients at their bedsides. Since 1999, the nonprofit has delivered the healing power of music to more than 675,000 individuals nationwide.
