DOWNTOWN MUSIC PUBLISHING has appointed DELMAR POWELL VP/A&R. Previously  Dir./A&R Urban at REPUBLIC RECORDS, POWELL will scout and sign new artists, songwriters and producers, as well as create opportunities for DOWNTOWN clients and copyrights in the global marketplace.
