Former Pres. Off Board
SOFTWAVE MEDIA EXCHANGE (SWMX) has filed an 8-K with the SEC noting that former Pres. CHARLES OMPHALIUS has resigned his seat on the company's board, effective DECEMBER 5.
OMPHALIUS was fired as Pres. in AUGUST and took the company to arbitration.
