BIG MACHINE JOHN VARVATOS RECORDS will host the Kick Off Party for #HAPPENS on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 20th, 2019 in LAS VEGAS featuring BADFLOWER, one of 2018's most succesful emerging artists. Besides the CONTRABAND alumni BADFLOWER, the Kick Off Party will feature another BIG MACHINE JOHN VARVATOS RECORDS artist, PRETTY VICIOUS. #HAPPENS is happening FEBRUARY 20th-22nd, 2019 in LAS VEGAS. Powered by THE CONTRABAND COMPANY's STEVE WALKER and BEATRIX DANKO and  CO5 MUSIC's TODD SIEVERS AND KEN PITTMAN, #HAPPENS is an organically driven, Active Rock/Alternative radio, label and music community curated new music experience.

THE CONTRABAND COMPANY's BEATRIX DANKO told ALL ACCESS, "This event will bring together the best Rock and Alternative radio programmers, label executives, and music culture tastemakers. An artist's brand and product will receive maximum exposure to radio’s decision-makers and the industry’s tastemakers during our biggest celebration of the year."

The #HAPPENS evenings will showcase emerging new artists in exclusive settings with the colorful backdrop of downtown LAS VEGAS. CO5 MUSIC's TODD SIEVERS said, "We want our partners at radio and records not only to partake but in fact lead experiences."

Past artists who participated for THE CONTRABAND COMPANY included THE OFFSPRING, 3 DOORS DOWN, PAPA ROACH, GAVIN ROSSDALE/BUSH, NICKLEBACK, THE FEVER 333, CHINO/DEFTONES, DISTURBED, JONATHAN DAVIS/KORN and several members of FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH and POP EVIL among others.
