  PEARL RECORDS' GARTH BROOKS is offering a one-hour radio special featuring music and stories from "ANTHOLOGY PART III -- LIVE," his new project that includes five CDs of live music and interviews.
  
  Hosted by BROOKS, the special contains 12 minutes of local avails, with no national inventory. There is also room for customizable promotions and material to fill commercial breaks, if needed.
