KTSA/San Antonio Hosts 'Wrappin' with Jack' Charity Event

ALPHA MEDIA News/Talk KTSA hosted its 20th annual WRAPPIN' WITH JACK event on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 11th at SIX FLAGS FIESTA TEXAS.  

Over 800 people turned out to help the station's JACK RICCARDI wrap thousands of gifts for needy families in SAN ANTONIO served by FAMILY SERVICE ASSOCIATION. On hand to provide the entertainment were the KEN SLAVIN BAND, carousel rides and pictures with SANTA. 

Commented ALPHA MEDIA SAN ANTONIO Ops Dir. GREG MARTIN, “It's amazing to see an event that started 20 years ago, with less than a dozen listeners showing up at a store to wrap gifts, turn in to what it is today. We are grateful for the support of the community and to SIX FLAGS for hosting us."

Added RICCARDI, “Our 20th WRAPPIN WITH RACK was our best gift drive, wrapping party, and broadcast yet.  I truly believe people in SAN ANTONIO and SOUTH TEXAS have the impulse and instinct to give. Our event just creates a way to help people that is local and real."
