iHEARTMEDIA ups CHUCK PETERSON to Area Pres./WINCHESTER, HARRISONBURG and ROANOKE-LYNCHBURG markets, effective immediately. PETERSON will report to Pres./VIRGINIA-CAROLINA DAVE CARWILE.
