Jim Murphy Departs Brahmin Broadcasting For New Position

JIM MURPHY is departing BRAHMIN BROADCASTING, effective WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 19th, for a soon-to-be-announced national programming position. He has been operations and programming chief for the company’s 20-station radio group for the past five years.
Prior to joining BRAHMIN, MURPHY served as VP/Country Programming for JONES RADIO NETWORKS and DIAL GLOBAL RADIO NETWORK, as well as ten years as programming head for the cable network, GREAT AMERICAN COUNTRY (GAC). Other programming stops include ABC RADIO NETWORKS and BUCK OWENS PRODUCTIONS, as well as stations in BOSTON, KANSAS CITY, and other markets.
