Condolences to the family and friends of D.A. NOEL, who died SUNDAY (12/10). NOEL managed WHBQ Radio & TV in MEMPHIS back in the heyday of the radio station, when folks like JAY COOK and JACK PARNELL were there. NOEL was 87.
