CUMULUS MEDIA AC WTCB (B106.7)/COLUMBIA, SC has appointed SUMMER JAMES as its midday host, effective immediately. JAMES previously has been heard on stations for CUMULUS MEDIA/LOS ANGELES; CBS RADIO-ENTERCOM/LOS ANGELES and SAN DIEGO; and iHEARTMEDIA/LOS ANGELES.
