2nd Circuit Indecency Arguments To Be Televised On C-SPAN

You can't say that on television -- except if the court says C-SPAN can televise it live. That's the result of a Second Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that opening oral arguments in the indecency hearing can be televised on DECEMBER 20, upon a request from the cable network. The broadcasters appealing the FCC's indecency rulings are scheduled to file their responsive briefs to the FCC's opening brief on WEDNESDAY (12/13). Other networks are expected to request pool coverage of the proceedings as well.
