  It may be a new year, but it's the same old KANYE.
  
  The rap superstar created his own TWITTER storm over the new year to declare, among other things, that he'll be performing on his next tour with his MAGA hat all year; that he may run for President in 2024; that "They will not program me;" that he's "drug free and my spirit is connected;" that "God is on my side. I am a Christian. I am a tax payer. I am myself;" and "I no longer have a manager. I can't be managed."
