MORTENSON BROADCASTING COMPANY OF TEXAS, INC. is selling Gospel KHVN-A (HEAVEN 97), Religion KKGM-A, and K237HD/FORT WORTH, TX to ODES and ANN KIM's KTN BROADCASTING, LLC for $1.5 million plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.

In other filings with the FCC, TODD ROBINSON's UNITED STATES CP, LLC is selling Regional Mexican KRYE (EL TIGRE)/RYE-PUEBLO, CO and Regional Mexican KGRE-F (EL TIGRE)/ESTES PARK, CO (and its FORT COLLINS booster) to GREELEY BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $1.175 million ($50,000 deposit, the rest in a promissory note).

JOHN TIMMS' WXKO LLC is selling Sports WXKO-A (ESPN MIDDLE GEORGIA) and W284DE/FORT VALLEY, GA, W290BD/MONTEZUMA, GA, and W226BZ/MACON, GA to BILL SHANKS' SHANKS BROADCASTING, LLC for $250,000.  SHANKS is also buying Sports WCEH-A and W241CO/HAWKINSVILLE, GA; Sports WCEH-F/PINEHURST, GA; Hot AC WDXQ-A and W244CL (96Q)/COCHRAN, GA; and Silent WWKM/ROCHELLE, GA from TIMMS' CENTRAL GEORGIA RADIO LLC, also for $250,000.

iHEARTMEDIA's CITICASTERS LICENSES, INC., as debtor-in-possession, has applied for an STA to operate WHTK-A/ROCHESTER, NY with reduced power due to antenna system problems).

HOMETOWN BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of Classic Rock KQPR (POWER 96)/ALBERT LEA, MN to D&Z MEDIA, LLC for $750,000.

And JOHN W. PIRKLE's OAK RIDGE FM, INC. has closed on the sale of Sports WKCE-A (formerly WVLZ-A)/KNOXVILLE, TN and W268BP/ROCKFORD, TN to AARON ISHMAEL's MID-CENTURY RADIO LLC for $30,000.
