CRN DIGITAL TALK RADIO's weekly "SPORTS LOUNGE WITH FRED DRYER" is getting clearance on SIRIUSXM DAN PATRICK RADIO.  The show, hosted by the NFL star-turned-actor ("HUNTER," "CHEERS"), is airing SATURDAYS at 3p (ET) on the satellite service; it continues to air live WEDNESDAYS at 7p (ET) on CRN DIGITAL TALK RADIO.
