WXTU/Philadelphia Ups Mark Razz To PD

BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP has promoted MARK RAZZ to PD for Country WXTU/PHILADELPHIA, effective immediately. RAZZ has most recently served as APD/MD/afternoon host for 'XTU for more than a decade.
