Alternative Expands In Fort Wayne

WAJI-HD-2 Now Simulcasting On WGBJ

SARKES TARZIAN, INC. Alternative WAJI-HD2 (ALT 99-5)/FT. WAYNE, IN is now simulcasting on newly-acquired WGBJ (102.3fm)/AUBURN-FORT WAYNE, IN under new PD LAURA DUNCAN, who succeeded BRAD HOLTZ, who was promoted to GM of sister Triple A WTTS/INDIANAPOLIS (NET NEWS 9/18/18).  SARKES TARZIAN acquired Spanish Pop WGBJ (UNICA 102.3) from THREE AMIGOS BROADCASTING last year (NET NEWS, 10/3/18).  

“This expands the reach of FORT WAYNE’s only Alternative station beyond ALLEN COUNTY, into the surrounding counties of northeast INDIANA,” said LEE TOBIN, SARKES TARZIAN/FORT WAYNE VP & GM.

ALT 99-5 & 102.3 FM PD LAURA DUNCAN added, “This means that artists like IMAGINE DRAGONS, WEEZER, TWENTY ONE PILOTS, PANIC AT THE DISCO, MUMFORD & SONS and more can now be heard on Fort Wayne radio even better than before."
