TAXI LICENSE CORP. Owner/Pres. STEVIE WONDER has tapped ELSTON BUTLER as Market Manager for Urban AC KJLH (RADIO FREE 102.3)/LOS ANGELES.

BUTLER said, “I’m excited to return to this amazing historic property.  KJLH is the voice of the community and I look forward to cultivating all aspects of the radio station. It’s going to be an incredible ride for our listeners and the market.  I feel like when I was a kid and the street lights came on, my mother has called me home.”

From 2010-2014, BUTLER was KJLH LSM.  Most recently he was iHEARTMEDIA SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Region VP/Sponsorship and Events. His resume also includes management positions in LOS ANGELES with ABC/DISNEY, KROQ, and ALL-PRO BROADCASTING.

KAREN SLADE remains at KJLH as VP/GM.
