CEO BILL WILSON wrote in a memo to staffers, "Given the importance of You Matter to TOWNSQUARE, I am extremely honored and privileged to have a great partner in leading our Human Resources Team in ALYSSA GOLDBERG, and therefore ALYSSA will report directly to me moving forward.
