Gary Craig Sets Retirement From WTIC-F/Hartford

After 39 years of waking up early, ENTERCOM Hot AC WTIC-F/HARTFORD morning man GARY CRAIG is hanging up the headphones. THE HARTFORD JOURNAL-INQUIRER reports, "CRAIG announced MONDAY on WTIC-FM96.5 that he’s walking away from his daily show 'CRAIG AND COMPANY'. He will finish in JUNE."

CRAIG is a HARTFORD fixture, first cracking the mic on TIC in 1981. THE JOURNAL-INQUIRER notes, "He was the morning personality at WTIC until 1992 when he left briefly to host mornings at rival station WKSS. He returned four years later, teaming up with JOHN ELLIOTT, and has been with WTIC-F ever since."
