Three of Country radio’s top female executives will take the stage at COUNTRY RADIO SEMINAR (CRS) in NASHVILLE on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 15th. Appearing during a panel discussion titled, “What Leadership Looks Like In 2020: A Conversation With Three Broadcast Executives,” will be COX MEDIA Group Pres. KIM GUTHRIE, ENTERCOM COMMUNICATIONS COO WEEZIE KRAMER, and NEUHOFF MEDIA CEO/Pres. BETH NEUHOFF. The panel is presented by the trade organization MENTORING AND INSPIRING WOMEN GROUP (MIW). Longtime RADIO ADVERTISING BUREAU Pres./CEO ERICA FARBER will moderate.

The executives will share lessons learned over their careers, express their views on the health of today’s broadcast landscape, and provide insights into how their companies are growing in the areas of digital, on-air, and human resources.
