More STA Filings Appear In FCC Database

Another handful of STA filings made it through the government shutdown roadblock into the FCC database.

STA applications were filed by NEW BEGINNINGS MOVEMENT, INC. (WRFM-A/MUNCIE, IN, revising a previous filing to specify 62 watts operation rather than 620 watts); CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. (WKQY/TAZEWELL, VA, reduced power due to transmitter problems); and EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION (KOKF/EDMOND, OK, alternate site at reduced power while TV repack work is done on licensed tower).

And requesting an extension of its Silent STA was WQNB FM (WQNB-LP/MIAMI, seeking new site).
