HUBBARD RADIO Hot AC WTMX/CHICAGO has appointed JIMMY STEAL VP/Brand and Content. Previously MERUELO MEDIA VP/Programming and KPWR/LOS ANGELES PD, STEAL succeeds PD MARY ELLEN KACHINSKE, who left in NOVEMBER.
